Article Processing Charges
The Journal of Human Context Studies and Social-Cultural Influences (JHCSCI) is under an Article Processing Charge (APC) system to facilitate information publication and open access of the approved manuscripts. Such a fee will support basic editorial and production support in order that research can be distributed broadly, freely and without the need to subscribe.
APC Details
- Amount: 500 USD
- When It Is Charged: APC is only sought after a manuscript has gone through a peer review and is officially accepted to be published.
- No Submission or Review Fees: There is no cost of submitting a manuscript or at the peer review stage.
What the APC Covers
The processing fee will be added to major stages of publication, such as:
- Supporting the peer review and editorial process.
- Copyediting, formatting, and proofreading.
- Internet hosting and infrastructure services.
- These are Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) assignments.
- Indexing service and digital long-term maintenance.
This will guarantee that the articles which are published are of professional standards and can be referenced even after some time.
Important Notes for Authors
- Editorial Independence: The APC is not paid with a view of making editorial decisions. The evaluation will also only be done based on the scholarly quality, relevance, and rigor of the research.
- Funding Support: It can be recommended to authors to inquire about whether their institutions, grants or funding bodies can pay the APCs.
- Global Accessibility: Open access enhances the reach and perception of your work because it is easy to access both by fellow researchers and practitioners and by the general public in the global world.
With a clear and unbiased APC policy, the Journal of Human Context Studies and Social-Cultural Influences allows adhering to the high editorial principles and helping to provide the worthwhile research to everyone at no cost.
